About Me

Bio:

My name is Timothy Gagen and I'm an aspiring filmmaker, recording and photographing content in and around Philadelphia.

My filmmaking journey kicked off in high school when I took my first filmmaking course in my junior year. Since then, in 2022 I received my associate's degree in mass media production at Montgomery County Community College and I'm currently attending Temple University, where I am scheduled to receive a bachelor's degree in film in 2024.

I am familiar with almost all positions in filmmaking but my strong suits are directing and editing. I use the Adobe Suite along with my personal Canon 90D. Along with filmmaking, I am passionate about photography and also enjoy live-streaming content.

Artist Statement:

Ever since I was little I had a keen interest in films and their production. In fact, the earliest memory I can recall is the final duel scene in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. Ever Since I learned the fundamentals of filmmaking in high school I was hooked on it and quickly knew that this was my passion. Since then I've strived to perfect my craft in film and media, focusing on directing and cinematography.
